A Second Chance

Two little girls joined Ushindi home at Open Arms Village in Kenya when they were very sick. They both suffered severe malnourishment and exposure to substance abuse before birth.

They faced challenges meeting developmental milestones such as walking, talking and developing motor skills. They also had health compilations such as respiratory infections and congenital heart defects.

However, Tom and Emmy, houseparents at Ushindi home, never lost hope in caring for these little girls.

With the support of everyone at the Village, they continue to provide an environment that is helping these children grow strong and healthy.

Though their health journey is ongoing, your support has provded them a future full of hope.

Thank you for giving them a second chance!

Blessings,

Kaytie Fiedler
