I’ve got some great news and some not so great news. Let’s start with the great news!
Because of faithful givers, the Open Arms Circle of H.O.P.E., our monthly giving program, gained 10 new members in 10 days and reached our goal before Easter! This is so important when it comes to caring for the kids at Open Arms Village. It’s how we know that every child will have every need met, every month.
I want to say a big “thank you” to those who joined. And I want to remind everyone that it’s still not too late to get in on the $25,000 match for all new Circle of H.O.P.E. gifts. Click here and learn how your gift, and your impact, will DOUBLE when you join now.
Now for the not so great news…
Open Arms Village is going back into a partial lock down again as COVID numbers have spiked in parts of the country and the president of Kenya has called for strict measures to control severe outbreaks. Will you continue to PRAY for your Open Arms family in Kenya as a new round of COVID restrictions stir up fear and uncertainty? We know that God is not the author of confusion and fear, so please pray for wisdom for the Open Arms staff and children and a peace that is so evident that the only source could be Jesus.
Thank you for all you do for the precious kids at Open Arms Village!
“And I, the King, will tell them, ‘When you did it to these my brothers, you were doing it to me!’ Matt 25:40
With much appreciation,
Kaytie
