A few weeks ago I asked you to pray for the eigth grade students who were facing a big challenge- their placement exam for high school.
In Kenya, all eigth grade students take a test to determine their eligibility for high school placement. The results of their exams determine their educational path for the future. Some will be able to go to high ranking high schools, some to less desirable high schools, some to vocational schools and still others will have no options for continuing education.
Eighth grade students praying before exams.
I am so proud to report that all eight of our students performed well on the exam, showing an overall improvement from exam scores last year! We are still waiting to see what placement options are avaialble for Open Arms Academy students, but I know that God has a great plan for each one!
Thanks again for praying and also for your ongoing financial support that allows these children the opportunity to thrive!
Blessings,
Kaytie Fiedler
